Take those summer shorts into fall with a pair of tights.  Fun ones with polka dots make me smile.  If I choose to wear polka dots, then I keep everything else simple…like just cream and black.  The polka dots are loud enough as it is.  A blazer and a loose blouse tones down the “shortness” of the leatherette shorts.  I was on my way out to a birthday party that night.  Happy Birthday Michelle!
